Around the age of eight or nine, Randall Brown, an anything but average youngster, residing with his mother Janice and his father, Arnold Brown, received an welcoming gift for a christmas that would send a spark which would later start an undying passion for music. Who could have imagined his first keyboard, a concert mate 470A, would inspire a lifetime career choice for a young mind. obsessive late night producing into the early a.m. hours on school nights, Randall never has doubted his musical talent for expressing emotions through his music, a feeling that one can almost jump into the song is often the reaction from someone hearing a production of his for the first time. As time progressed, the quality of the songs and production of his material improved and matured. Due to the constant seeking of knowledge Randall has gained almost all of his engineering know-how from experimenting and reading internet articles on tips and tricks. The use of live instruments, acoustic guitar, Yamaha YPT-300, Samson C01U Studio Condenser Microphone, FL STUDIO PRODUCER EDITION 5-6, Sound Forge, Acid Pro, Adobe Audition, Cakewalk pro, and personal assortments of custom recorded hand/oral made kicks, claps, snaps, etc. and playing several instruments "by ear"- amongst a few to mention the Yamaha YPT -300 being a modest beginners keyboard of choice- Randall Brown has managed to become a highly sought after producer. At the age of 21, attending community college, fueled by the lack of inspiration and career opportunity in southside Virginia, Randall applied to VCU. Randall currently attends Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
